Access World announces Global Support Desk in Kuala Lumpur

Access World is planning to centralize its Global Support Desk in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the first half of 2021.

Access World has recently invested in Kuala Lumpur with the creation of a new base for its South East Asian business activities. The goal to bring the Global Support activities closer to the business, coupled with the World Class infrastructure and available talent pool, makes Kuala Lumpur the clear choice for the location of the Global Support Desk.

Access World has been rolling out Microsoft Dynamics ERP over the last 6 years and, coupled with a significant investment in the accompanying Azure Cloud network, is close to completing the first phase. This will provide exciting opportunities for IT Professionals at all levels in their career progression that want to contribute to the next steps in these developments.
