Having previously resided in Austin, Texas, Bernadine developed a deep appreciation for the start-up culture and sought to be a part of establishing a business with significant impact and scalability. Her top priority in advancing her career was to find a company that could provide her with the platform to establish a division that genuinely contributes to the sustainable growth of the African market and its people.

Few can claim, ‘I understand Africa, and I aspire to contribute to the upliftment of our people and economy.’ My life philosophy has always been rooted in Ubuntu – ‘I am because we are.’ There is no greater satisfaction for me than witnessing people prosper.
