Access World is a global commodity warehousing and logistics business headquartered in Zug, Switzerland and operates in various regions across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific, each with their own corporate functions including business development, finance, legal, and operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with customers, carriers and other internal departments, ensuring efficient processing and management of orders. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring all work is completed accurately and within set timeframes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, pro-active with excellent communication skills, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.


  • Maintain contact with customers, carriers and internal departments, providing excellent communication and service.
  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
  • Input into the WMS accurately (keep our inventory system up to date i.e., create new jobs, releases, and outtake as per customer requests).
  • Offer services on behalf of customers as per their requests.
  • Prepare files for invoicing, ensuring the accuracy of details.
  • Carry out all other administrative tasks as required, relating to customer service and logistics.

Job requirements:

  • A customer service or logistics background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service or similar role(s) in the logistics industry (shipping line company, forwarder).
  • Strong command of English language.
  • Air Freight operations execution proven experience.
  • Previous experience in Oracle would be advantageous.
