岗位职责:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to develop the renewable energy sector. This role will involve acquiring new business opportunities related to renewable products such as PV modules, batteries, transformers, and more. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and developing strategies to establish a reliable customer base for our ocean, air freight, warehousing, and transport services in the renewable sector.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Business Development Renewables:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the renewable sector, focusing on ocean, air freight warehousing and transport services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the renewable sector and industry trends.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build relationships with all major PV module producers and racking manufacturers to establish business connections.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and fostering loyalty.
- Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Provide input on pricing strategies, operational improvements, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the commercial and operations teams to align client requirements with service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and market insights.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial freight forwarding.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
岗位具体要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics, Renewable industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of Renewable market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite.
